FILPET may provide, now or in the future:

• Website content and brand information

• User accounts

• Pup profile creation and management

• Personalized recommendations

• Box-related configuration features

• Credits, rewards, or similar feature systems

• Product purchases, subscriptions, or preorder access

• Customer service and communications

• Other digital or physical pet-related products and services

Some features may be available only in certain regions, to certain users, or during limited testing phases.

4. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

• All activities conducted under your account

• Promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse

We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that appear to be fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms.

5. Pup Profiles and Personalized Features

FILPET may allow you to create profiles for your pup and submit information such as breed, age, size, personality, preferences, or other relevant details.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. FILPET may use that information to personalize recommendations, product matching, box configurations, and related experiences.

These personalized outputs are intended to improve user experience and convenience. They are not veterinary, medical, diagnostic, or emergency advice.

6. Products, Orders, and Availability

All products, services, subscriptions, boxes, credits-related offerings, and promotions are subject to availability.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue products, features, pricing, packaging, configurations, or availability at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or reverse any order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Pricing or listing errors

• Suspected fraud

• Abuse of promotions

• Inventory issues

• Payment problems

• Technical errors

• Suspected violation of these Terms

A purchase confirmation does not guarantee long-term availability of any product, feature, or future offering unless we expressly state otherwise.

7. Pricing and Payment

Prices shown on FILPET may be displayed in one or more currencies and may exclude taxes, duties, shipping fees, or other charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

You agree to pay all applicable charges associated with your order.

Payments are processed through third-party providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment processor and us, as relevant, to charge the total amount due for your purchase.

We do not store full payment card details ourselves.

If a payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, or is not successfully completed, we may suspend or cancel the related order, subscription, access, or service.

8. Shipping, Fulfillment, and Risk

Where FILPET offers physical products, shipping times are estimates only unless otherwise expressly stated.

Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, force majeure events, fulfillment constraints, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage to goods may pass in accordance with the applicable contract terms, shipping arrangements, and governing law. Under Hong Kong’s Sale of Goods Ordinance, contracts for the sale of goods are recognized and certain implied terms may apply unless lawfully excluded or restricted.

9. Subscriptions, Preorders, Credits, and Feature Access

FILPET may offer subscription plans, preorder opportunities, access tiers, credits systems, rewards mechanisms, or other feature-based programs.

Specific details such as pricing, billing frequency, included items, unlock conditions, usage rules, expiration, modification rights, and cancellation terms may be described on the relevant product or checkout page, and those terms will form part of your agreement with us.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• credits, rewards, or feature entitlements have no cash value

• they are non-transferable except where we explicitly enable transfer functionality

• they are not property rights

• they may be modified, suspended, or discontinued by FILPET as part of service evolution

We may introduce, revise, or remove rules relating to credits, access, unlocks, profile-based configuration, or similar systems at any time, provided we act in accordance with applicable law.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, replacements, subscription cancellations, and related remedies are governed by the policy displayed on the relevant checkout page, product page, help page, or other applicable policy published by FILPET.

If no separate policy is stated for a specific offer, FILPET will review requests in good faith in light of the nature of the product, the condition of the item, fulfillment status, applicable law, and the circumstances of the request.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. Under Hong Kong law, attempts to exclude or restrict liability for breach of contract, negligence, or certain implied terms may be limited by statute and subject to a reasonableness test.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation

• Use FILPET for fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful purposes

• Interfere with or disrupt FILPET systems or security

• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or infrastructure

• Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or exploit FILPET beyond what is permitted by law

• Submit false information

• Misuse promotions, referral programs, or credits systems

• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content

• Infringe the rights of FILPET or others

12. User Content and Submissions

If you send us messages, suggestions, feedback, reviews, images, testimonials, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide that content.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you grant FILPET a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use such content for operating, improving, promoting, and providing FILPET, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

You remain responsible for the content you submit.

13. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by FILPET, including without limitation:

• trademarks

• logos

• brand elements

• text

• graphics

• photos

• videos

• software

• site design

• interfaces

• product concepts

• compilations

are owned by FILPET or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by us in writing or by applicable law, you may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit FILPET content.

14. Third-Party Services

FILPET may rely on or integrate with third-party services such as payment providers, e-commerce tools, analytics providers, communications tools, logistics services, hosting providers, or social platforms.

We are not responsible for third-party services, products, content, or policies. Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

15. Privacy

Your use of FILPET is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Where the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance applies, individuals have rights including rights of access to and correction of personal data held by a data user, subject to applicable requirements and exceptions.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FILPET is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that:

• FILPET will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

• defects will always be corrected

• all content will always be complete, accurate, or current

• all features will remain available

• personalized recommendations will always meet your expectations

However, nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, conditions, or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FILPET and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, partners, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunity, or anticipated savings arising out of or related to your use of FILPET.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to FILPET and these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to FILPET for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or USD 100 if no such payment was made.

This section applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Hong Kong law places statutory limits on excluding or restricting certain liabilities.

18. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless FILPET and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:

• your misuse of FILPET

• your breach of these Terms

• your violation of applicable law

• your infringement of any rights of another person or entity

• content or information you submit through FILPET

This clause does not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.

19. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to FILPET, in whole or in part, if:

• you breach these Terms

• we suspect fraud, abuse, or unlawful conduct

• we must comply with legal or regulatory requirements

• continued operation of a feature is no longer commercially or technically feasible

• necessary to protect FILPET, users, or third parties

You may stop using FILPET at any time.

Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute resolution.

20. Changes to FILPET or These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on our website.

We may also change, suspend, or discontinue any part of FILPET at any time.

Your continued use of FILPET after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Subject to applicable law, the courts of Hong Kong will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

22. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision will not constitute a waiver of that provision.

These Terms, together with any policies or additional terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and FILPET regarding the relevant subject matter.
