Welcome to FILPET! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FILPET websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platforms”), and any subscriptions, memberships, and purchases offered by FILPET (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Platforms, creating an account, subscribing, or purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platforms.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: THESE TERMS INCLUDE IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, INCLUDING LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, DISCLAIMERS, AND (IF APPLICABLE) AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER.

“FILPET,” “we,” “us,” “our” means the FILPET brand and the operating entity listed on the checkout/receipt.

“You,” “your,” “user,” “customer” means any person who accesses or uses the Platforms.

“Products” means any physical goods sold or delivered via the Platforms, including subscription box contents, add-ons, and one-time purchases.

“Subscription” means an automatically renewing plan billed on a recurring basis (monthly, annual, or otherwise described at checkout).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platforms and enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you may use the Platforms only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

3. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top indicates when the latest version takes effect. If we make material changes, we may provide notice via the Platforms or email. Continued use of the Platforms after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

4. Account Registration & Security

Certain Services require an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and keep it up to date (including shipping address, pet profile, sizing data, and payment method).
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Subscriptions & Memberships
   5.1 How subscriptions work

If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to deliver Products on a recurring schedule as described at checkout. Box contents may vary by month/season and may change over time.

5.2 Personalization and suitability

FILPET may tailor selections based on information you provide (breed, size, preferences). You acknowledge:

We cannot guarantee any specific item will be included in any particular shipment unless explicitly stated.

5.3 Pet health and allergies

You are solely responsible for determining whether Products are suitable for your dog, including allergies, sensitivities, and chewing behaviors. If your dog has special needs, consult a veterinarian before use.

6. Pricing, Billing & Payments

Prices and fees are shown at checkout. You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and shipping charges (if any).
We may use third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us (and our processors) to charge your selected payment method according to your subscription or order.

Price changes: We may change prices at any time. For active subscriptions, changes will apply as permitted by applicable law and may take effect on your next renewal after we provide notice as required.

7. Auto-Renewal, Renewal Terms & Cancellation
   7.1 Auto-renewal

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period, and you authorize recurring charges.

7.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through your account dashboard (if available) or by contacting customer support.
To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel before the renewal cutoff shown in your account or confirmation email.

7.3 Prepaid or fixed-term plans

If you purchase a prepaid plan (e.g., 6-month or 12-month plan), you agree to the commitment terms disclosed at checkout. Unless required by law or explicitly stated in our refund policy, unused portions may be non-refundable.

8. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary by location and carrier conditions. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier to the extent permitted by law, or upon delivery to your address where required by law.

9. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

10. International Use

The Platforms may be accessed globally, but Products and shipping may be limited to certain countries/regions. If you access the Platforms outside the country of operation, you are responsible for compliance with local laws, import duties, customs fees, and restrictions.

11. User Content

You may submit content (reviews, photos, videos, comments) (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant FILPET a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, display, and perform your User Content in connection with operating, marketing, and improving the Services.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Post unlawful, abusive, hateful, harassing, obscene, or deceptive content.

Infringe intellectual property rights.

Attempt to access other accounts or systems without authorization.

Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code.

Abuse promotions, refunds, chargebacks, or otherwise exploit the Services.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

13. Intellectual Property

All Platform content and materials provided by FILPET (“FILPET Content”) are owned by FILPET or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Platforms for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise authorized in writing.

15. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORMS AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FILPET DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORMS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FILPET WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FILPET’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FILPET FOR THE RELEVANT ORDER OR, IF THE CLAIM RELATES TO A SUBSCRIPTION, THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE [PAST 1 MONTH] PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FILPET and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Platforms, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platforms at any time if we believe you violated these Terms or if required to protect our business, users, or the public. You may terminate your account by contacting support or using account settings where available.

19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
