We currently ship to 60+ countries and regions. Available destinations may change over time and will be confirmed at checkout.
2) Fulfillment Locations
United States: U.S. orders are typically fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse for faster dispatch and more reliable delivery.
International: Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be fulfilled from our partner facilities depending on inventory availability and destination.
Europe Expansion: We are actively preparing a Europe fulfillment hub to improve delivery speed and service for EU & UK customers. Timing and coverage will be announced on our website once available.
3) Processing Time
Orders generally require 1–3 business days to process before shipping (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, processing may take longer.
4) Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timeframes vary by destination, carrier capacity, and customs clearance. Any timeframe shown on our site is an estimate, not a guarantee.
U.S. orders: typically arrive faster due to local fulfillment.

When available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the carrier scans the package.
9) Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
