Subscriptions & Repeat Deliveries
When you purchase a FILPET subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the plan duration and delivery frequency you select at checkout.
Billing & Payments
Your payment details are stored securely. You’ll be charged for each scheduled delivery, unless you choose a prepaid plan (such as annual pay-in-full).
Auto-Renewal
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of the current term. If you don’t want your subscription to renew, you can cancel anytime before the renewal date.
Cancel or Change Your Subscription
You can cancel or change your subscription at any time.
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription term, and you’ll continue to receive any remaining deliveries you’ve already paid for.
Your order confirmation emails include a link to manage your subscription. You can also manage your plan through your account dashboard.

We’re here to make sure you and your pup love every delivery. If there’s an issue with your box, items, or order, our team will do everything we reasonably can to make it right.
Refunds & Replacements
Depending on the situation, we may offer one of the following:
A replacement item
Store credit
A partial or full refund (when applicable)
Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can help quickly.
Returns
At this time, we do not accept returns for items that are consumable (such as treats, chews, wipes, or other hygiene/cleaning products) due to safety and hygiene reasons.
If you have unopened or unused items you don’t need, we encourage you to donate them to a local shelter—then reach out so we can help you find a better fit for future deliveries.
